Voice API, with purpose

Your customer journey has a voice.

Connect a customer to your support team, deliver a spoken notification, or route an incoming call. Your application decides the experience; Ruut Voice keeps the call and its events together.

Start the conversation

Create outbound calls through the account API using a destination, caller ID, and instructions URL.

Choose what happens next

Use TwiML to play audio, collect keypad input, and connect the caller to another number or SIP endpoint.

Keep your app in the loop

Receive status callbacks and inspect request logs when a conversation needs attention.

Can I use a Twilio SDK?

Ruut Voice exposes Twilio-compatible account endpoints. Configure your SDK with your Ruut Voice base URL and credentials, and check the reference for supported operations.

Can I handle inbound calls?

Yes. Configure a voice URL on your phone number so your application can return instructions when a call arrives.

Where can I troubleshoot a call?

Open Call logs to review status, duration, and events. Webhook logs show the requests delivered to your application.
